30-Day Return Policy
Supplies Distribution accepts eligible returns by mail within 30 days of delivery. Contact support first to receive return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and included accessories.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, final sale, hazardous, perishable, opened consumable, or health and safety restricted products may be non-returnable unless required by law or approved by support.
Return Method and Cost
Eligible returns are made by mail. Supplies Distribution provides a prepaid return label, so approved returns have no return-shipping charge or restocking fee. Do not mail an item to the business address without the return instructions supplied by support.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Supplies Distribution does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns, and eligible returns are free for customers.
