Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and included accessories.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, final sale, hazardous, perishable, opened consumable, or health and safety restricted products may be non-returnable unless required by law or approved by support.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
